City by the Bay : San Francisco

San Francisco is one of the most famous cities in the United States. Situated in the state of California, it attracts millions of visitors every year. Surrounded by The Silicon Valley, it is the birthplace of many big companies of the world. For tourists, it is a spectacular, scenic and fun city. The San Francisco Peninsula has amazing neighborhoods, elegant buildings, and beautiful gardens and helps you enjoy a relaxed atmosphere. Often called as City by the Bay, San Francisco is one of the most iconic and breath-taking cities in the world.

On arrival, you may consider taking a bus or the train to reach the city. The city is full of busy streets, bustling shopping centers and spectacular waterfront. It is one of the most treasured and smallest Wine Regions of the world.  The city is been influenced by multi-cultural cuisines giving you a mix of Asian, European and American food. It has one of the strongest food cultures in the world. California produces nearly 80% of American Food. So you will always get local or near local ingredients. Hence, finding your type of cuisine won’t be much of a problem.

As San Francisco is at the West Coast near the Pacific Ocean, travelers from Asia have plenty of flights to choose from. You can either fly over crossing the Atlantic, or take the route over the Pacific Ocean. Another important fact about San Francisco is that it always has a pleasant climate. Summers are also cold because of breezy Pacific winds. Hence you can travel to San Francisco all-round the year.
