Mystical Malaysia

Malaysia is situated just north of the Equator between Thailand and Singapore.  With a population of just over 27 million people, a low cost of living and a yearlong Tropical climate; Malaysia remains a favourite destination for travellers.  It is a nation rich in diversities. Malaysia is a blend of Malay, Chinese, Indian and other small ethnic groups living together. The Malay people welcome you with a smile and respect.  With beautiful beaches and clear tropical waters, Malaysia has some of the world’s most pristine Islands and Marine Habitats. It is one of the 12 most biologically diverse countries in the world. The main attractions in Malaysia are Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Langkawi and Genting Highlands.


Kuala Lumpur
Kuala Lumpur is the capital of Malaysia. It is located in the west of the Malaysian peninsula. It is a sparkling jewel in Malaysia’s crown. The metropolis has a rich culture and heritage well depicted in its buildings and landmarks. The Petronas Twin Towers are the symbol of Kuala Lumpur. In fact, it’s a symbol of Malaysia. KL is also a shopper’s paradise. It has bustling shopping streets, night markets and malls with ample scope for bargains. KL is thus a vibrant and metropolitan city for its visitors.

Penang Beach
Penang is a 45 minutes flight from KL.  It is a small beautiful sea side town. Penang is a UNESCO World Heritage site. It can be best explored on foot.  Take some time off to relax at the beach and enjoy some water sports. Penang is a city with great food, shopping and gorgeous sea side. Take out at least 3 days for Penang.

Langkawi
Rising from the Andaman Sea in emerald perfection is Langkawi.  It’s just 30kms from the North western coast of Peninsula Malaysia.  Besides, it’s just 2 hour ferry ride from Penang.  Blessed with stunning beaches, jungle clad mountains, sensational food, vibrant nightlife and duty free shopping; Langkawi has something for everyone. You may take a day trip from Penang to Langkawi, but we would recommend you to stay for at least 2 days here.

Malaysia has one of the best Food and Shopping in the world. Scope for bargain is high, and you would find some of the best shopping areas in this country. All big brands can be seen here. Like Hong Kong and Singapore, Malaysia has a great food culture. Mostly you will find Malay, Chinese and Indian Restaurants. Besides, American and European food is also available.

Malaysia Airlines is the national carrier of Malaysia. It has a wide network with services all around the world. Besides, the Airline has a lot of Transit Passengers, making KL International Airport a transit hub for European and Australian passengers. You will easily find flights to KL as it is one of the well-connected cities on the planet. Another great option may be to jump on any cruise liner in the Asia Pacific region.
